Gerald “Jerry” Christian Nelson.,88, of Livonia, MI passed away October 10, 2023.
Jerry was born on July 11, 1935 to the late Martin Nelson and Vera Heiser. He attended Cody High School and graduated in 1952. He enjoyed church, camping, going to Frankenmuth and attending family BBQ’s.
He is survived by his daughters, Sharon Fisher and Linda Cunningham; grandchildren, Krystin (Chris) Tis, Donald Fisher, Jr., John Nelson, Rick Nelson, Tawny Cunningham and Curtis Cunningham; great grandchildren, Gracelyn Fisher, Jaxon Tis, Harley Fisher and Olivia Nelson; daughter in law, Margie Nelson; granddaughter in law, Jenna Krynak; and great grandson in law, Braydn Krynak.
Jerry was preceded in passing by his son, David Nelson; parents, Martin Nelson and Vera Heiser; and his brother Karl Nelson
