Wesley Raymond Wright, 78, of Taylor, MI passed away August 8, 2021.
Wesley was born in Wayne, Michigan on April 14, 1943 to Marland and Betty Wright. He attended Taylor Center High School and graduated in 1961.
Wesley enjoyed camping and was an avid fisherman. He retired from General Motors after 30 years. He was the President of the Taylor Soccer League for many years and volunteered many hours growing that organization.
Wesley was a solitary man for much of the second half of his life, but he was a great friend and kept a close circle of friends. He was always willing to lend a helping hand and cared deeply for his children and grandchildren. He loved life, and was living and making plans right until the end.
He is survived by one son Raymond Wright; one daughter Melissa Mueller; 2 granddaughters Tori Wright and Mary Mueller; 2 brothers Larry (Nancy) Wright and David (Shirley) Wright; 2 sisters Deborah (James) Klingman and Angie (John) DeLisle. He was preceded in death by his father Marland Wright, his mother Betty Wright and one sister Paulette King.
