Nancy Ann Wittl, 82, of Livonia passed away on April 3, 2020 after battling COVID-19.

Nancy was born in Marinette, Wisconsin to Lloyd and Margaret (née Loney Hass) Faucett. After graduating from Marinette High School, Nancy studied nursing and obtained her RN.

She is survived by her children: Lisa (LJ) Carter, David (Renee) Cords, Kelly (Barry) Burke, Colleen (Arthur) Thiessen; her grandchildren: Amanda (Jonathan) Trojan, Matthew (Daniela) Carter, Noel Carter, Adam Kangas; her great-grandchildren: Jacob Carter, Stella Carter, Raphael Trojan and arriving in June, Zoey Grace Trojan. Nancy is also survived by her sisters: Carol (Everett) Crozier, Sharon (the late Earl) Putnam, Maureen (Thomas) Thill, Mary (the late KC) Melnyk, and Julie Rein.

Nancy was a kind and loving woman who enjoyed helping others. She had a long career as an occupational health nurse at General Motors and later worked for the Visiting Nurses Association. Nancy also volunteered her nursing skills at the Hope Medical Clinic. Nancy was a longtime devoted member of Celebration Lutheran Church and had a great faith that brought her much comfort. Nancy enjoyed traveling the world with her partner and the love of her life, the late Robert Vuichard. Nancy also enjoyed gardening, reading, cultural events, shopping and dining with her daughters, and taco Tuesdays and home brew with her son. Mostly, Nancy loved being with family and friends.

Along with her parents, Nancy was predeceased by her siblings: Kenneth Faucett, Maxine Faucett, Michael (the late Barbara) Faucett, and her great-grandson Emmanuel Trojan.
