Helen Louise Telehowski, 71, of Charlotte, MI passed away March 31, 2022.
Helen was born August 8, 1950 in Detroit, Michigan to Victor & Mary Brown. She graduated with honors from Detroit Public School, obtaining her GED. She enjoyed fishing and reading. She also spent her time working in homeless shelters.
She was preceded in passing by her father Victor, mother Mary, sister Mary, sister Elsie, brother William and granddaughter Mary.
Helen is survived by her husband Richard Telehowski; four daughters, Tina Warren, Bonnie Abu-Haikal, Elizabeth Telehowski, Gloria Victoria Telehowski; son Richard Telehowski Jr.; her grandchildren, Wesley, Natalie, Ali, Hussain, Arthur Jr., Anakin, Harrison, Samantha, Micheal, Kasea; great-grandchildren, Alenia, Alecia, Dwayne, Alissa, Skylar; great-great-granddaughter Promise.
Helen battled cancer for more than a year. She passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side. The family would like to thank Sparrow Hospice.
