He found joy in prospecting and relished the time spent hunting with his father and brothers, experiences that etched indelible memories upon his heart.
Donald is survived by his devoted children, Ashley (Jamie) Lentz, Cherie (Patrick "Pat") O'Connor, Candace (Gary Waun) Higgins, Renee (Mike) Bobby, Donna (Jeff) Krampien, and Donald (Meghan) Picard Jr. His legacy will also be cherished by his 17 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, who carry forward the spirit of love and family that he cherished so dearly. He leaves to mourn his passing a host of family members, including his nephew David Picard and nieces Terri Picard and Marie Patrick, who will always remember his influence in their lives.
