Dale Anthony Becht

Dale Anthony Becht, born on October 1, 1966, in Detroit, MI, passed away on July 10 2024, in Wayne, MI. He was a remarkable individual who touched the lives of through his various roles passions.

Dale's educational journey began at John Glenn High School, where he graduated in 1984. He further pursued his academic endeavors and obtained a degree in Computer Science from both Wayne State and WCCC. Dale excelled in his career, earning multiple leadership and performance awards along the way.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Dale will be fondly remembered for his warm personality. He was a loving and devoted family man who recently celebrated 28 years of marriage with his wife Karen. His kindness extended to everyone around him as he was always ready to lend a helping hand to family and friends.

In his leisure time, Dale found joy in collecting coins and comic books. He had a passion for classic cars, music, garage sales, flea markets, swap meets, and family barbecues. His vibrant spirit and infectious laugh brightened the lives of those who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Dale is survived by his loving wife Karen Harp-Becht, his father Robert Becht, brother Robert Becht Jr., daughters Brandy Sherman, Gabrielle Harp, Chelsea Harp; grandchildren McKenzie Shaw, McKenna Shaw, Madelaine Atwell, Caleb Atwell, Shelbie Blalock, Zach Harp. He was preceded is passing by his mother Jenny Becht and son Justin Harp..

A visitation to honor Dale's life will take place on July 16, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM followed by a Funeral Service at 6:00 PM to conclude at The Husband Family Funeral Home located at 2401 S Wayne Rd, Westland, MI 48186.

Dale leaves behind a legacy of love and kinship that will forever be cherished by all who knew him. May his kind soul rest in eternal peace.
